For photographers & booth companies

You shoot it. They find themselves that night.

Make the event, upload the card and the gallery sorts itself by time and place. Guests find their own photos without tagging. Our fee is 5% of each sale with no monthly plan. The big event platforms take 10 to 15%.

What changes

The parts of event work nobody likes, handled.

We went through what photographers say about the big event photo platforms. These came up over and over.

10 to 15% of every sale, gone

We take 5%.

No monthly plan and no storage charge. Card fees are Stripe's standard rate, passed on at cost. If nothing sells, you owe nothing.

Uploads that stall at photo 1,800

Drop the whole card. Walk away.

Several files go up at once, straight to storage. If the Wi-Fi drops, pick the same folder again and finished files are skipped. Duplicates are caught.

Hours of tagging bibs and names

Photos sort themselves by time.

We read the capture time from each file and group bursts into moments. Camera clock off by ten minutes? Fix it once and every photo moves.

"I can't find my photo" emails

Guests find themselves.

They jump to the time they were there, scroll one big grid, or scan the QR sign at your booth to open your album. Even when the bib was covered.

Refund and takedown requests at midnight

We answer the buyers.

Download problems, refunds and "please take this down" go to us, not you. You hear about it only if we need you.

Your work under someone else's logo

Your name on the gallery.

"Photos by" sits right under the event name. Paid downloads are the clean original, with nothing stamped on them.

Photo booths

Every booth session stays together.

Upload the booth's folder into its own album. Four frames from one session show up as one moment, so a group finds their strip in seconds. Put the QR on the booth and it opens straight to your album.

  • Works next to a roaming photographer at the same event
  • Private galleries with a code for proms and weddings
  • Printable QR signs sized for a booth stand

Working with an organizer

Invite them. They share the link.

You make the event and add the organizer's email. They get the gallery link, the QR signs and the numbers, and they're the one who posts it to the school app or the club's list. That's where most sales come from.

  • Their name on the gallery as the host, yours as the photographer
  • Give the school or club a share of sales if you want to
  • Already booked by an organizer here? Their invite brings you in

Pricing

Free until something sells.

Storage costs us very little, so we keep our cut small. Organizers never pay, and guests pay only for the photos they want.

  • Late sales keep coming in for the life of the gallery

How 5% compares

Same night of sales, more of it yours.

The $675 prom from the statement above, on each platform's no-subscription option. Every one of them passes on card fees too, so that part is the same everywhere.

PlatformFee per saleYou keep
Everyroll 5% $601.78
PhotoDay 10% $568.03
GotPhoto Free 12% $554.53
Pixieset Free 15% $534.28

From each company's own pricing page, October 2026. Paid plans elsewhere can lower the cut, but you pay every month whether or not anything sells.
