Help & FAQ

How can we help?

Finding your photos

How do I find myself?
Open your event's gallery from the QR sign, the organizer's email or the events list. Photos are grouped into moments by when and where they were taken, so jump to the time you were there. If you'd rather scroll through everything, switch to Grid at the top of the photos. Tap the heart on anything you like to keep it in your saved list.
The gallery is asking for a code.
Some galleries are private, like school dances. The code is on the sign at the event or in the email from the organizer, and capitals don't matter. Scanning the QR sign lets you in without typing anything. Once you're in, your browser remembers it.
Where are the photo booth pictures?
If the event had a booth, its photos are usually in their own album. Tap Photo booth above the photos. Each visit to the booth shows up together, in the order the shots were taken.
When will photos be up?
Usually the same night, and always within 24 hours. Galleries stay up for at least 12 months. Sign up on the event page before the day and we'll send one email when the gallery goes live.
I can't find a photo of me.
Photographers can't be everywhere at once, so not everyone is in every gallery. Try the other albums, scroll the grid, and check back the next day in case more photos were added. If you think we missed you entirely, tell us and we'll look.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. Everything works in your phone's browser. Your saved photos are kept on your device, and purchases are tied to your email address.

Buying & downloads

What does it cost?
A full-size photo is $6. The Event Pass is $19 and includes every photo from the event, including ones added later. When a sponsor covers it, web-size copies are free with your email.
What do I get?
The original file straight from the photographer's camera, with no watermark. It's yours to print, post and share for personal use. Please credit the event and photographer when you post.
Where are my downloads?
Right after you pay, we show your download page and email you a link to it. The link works for 90 days. Lost it? Get it sent again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If something's wrong with a photo, or you bought the wrong one, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
Where does the money go?
Most of it goes to the photographer. We keep 5% to run the galleries and Stripe takes its card fee. If the organizer set a share for their club or charity, the event page says how much.

Privacy & removal

I want a photo of me taken down.
Use the removal form, or the "Remove this photo" link under any photo. We review requests within 48 hours, and requests about children are handled first.
Do you use facial recognition?
No. Photos are organized by time and place only.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send what you asked for: the "photos are live" email or your downloads. We don't sell it. See our privacy policy for details.

Organizers & photographers

Who sets up the event, the organizer or the photographer?
Whoever has the photos, usually. A photographer or booth company makes the event, uploads, and invites the organizer to share the link. If you're organizing and already booked someone, you can make it and invite them instead. Either way you both end up on the same event. Start an event.
We already have a photographer or a photo booth.
Good. Make the event and add their email. They get an invite, upload to their own album, and you get the same QR signs, private code and sales share as a full shoot. They can also make the event themselves and invite you.
Can I use this for a party?
Yes. Make a shared album for a birthday, wedding, reunion or trip. It's free. Guests scan the sign or open the link, add what they took from their phones, and anyone there can download everything at full size. Nothing is for sale and nobody needs an account except you.
Can guests add their own photos?
If the event allows it, there's an "Add your photos" button on the gallery. Pick photos from your phone, add your name if you like, and they go into a "From guests" album. Whoever runs the event can check each one first, hide any of them, or turn guest photos off in Settings.
Can we keep a school event private?
Yes. Make the gallery private and set a code. It won't be listed on our site or in search engines, and only people with the code or a QR sign from the event can open it. Anyone can still ask for a photo of themselves to be taken down.
I'm a photographer. What does it cost?
Nothing up front and no monthly plan. When a photo sells, we take 5% and Stripe takes its card fee (2.9% + 30ยข per order, at cost). The rest is yours. More for photographers.
What can the organizer do on my event?
Once they accept your invite, they can copy the link, print QR signs and see visits and sales. You can remove an invite before it's accepted from the Team card on your event.
