Terms of use.

These terms cover your use of Everyroll ("we", "us"): the event galleries, purchases and downloads, and the studio tools used by photographers and organizers. By using the site you agree to them.

Using Everyroll

You can browse galleries, save favorites and share links without an account. Purchases are tied to the email address you give at checkout. Photographers and organizers sign in to a studio account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure.

Photos & licenses

Photographers keep the copyright in their photos. When you buy a photo or an Event Pass, you get a personal-use license for the full-resolution files. That means you can:

• download, keep and print them;
• post them on your own social accounts, ideally crediting the event and photographer;
• share them with friends and family.

Commercial use, such as advertising, resale or use by a business or brand, needs separate permission. Ask us and we'll connect you with the photographer.

Free web-size downloads, when offered, come with the same personal-use license.

Purchases & refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and include any fees we charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. After payment we email you a private link to your downloads.

If a photo is defective, or you bought the wrong one, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. An Event Pass covers photos from that event, including ones added after you buy it.

Organizers & photographers

Organizers confirm they have the right to let us photograph their event and that participants have been told photos will be taken and published. Photographers confirm they own the photos they upload and grant us the right to host, display, sell and deliver them on the terms agreed for each event, including any revenue share.

Acceptable use

Please don't scrape galleries, try to get around download protections, upload photos you don't have rights to, or use the site to harass anyone. We may remove content or suspend access when these terms are broken.

Liability

We work hard to keep galleries online and downloads available, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
